"EVERYONE without exception is very, very special with extraordinary qualities and extraordinary powers. You just may not know it yet. The secret is to be, love and cherish yourself; it is to be your true essence. You are love and light, infinite wisdom and unlimited possibilities. Whatever you ask, you shall receive. You can have, be and do anything you want. You just need to choose what makes you happy in your heart. It is very simple. Remember, you are loved beyond measure for who you are and you are beautiful."

Ordinary people believe only in the possible.
Extraordinary people visualize not what is possible or probable,
but rather what is impossible.
And by visualizing the impossible, they begin to see it as possible.

The Vow – by Debbie Ford

My life is worth a billion blessings to all those I meet on my journey.

I am the heaven and all that exists in the sky above.

I am the vastness of my greatest thought and the infinite power that sources and sustains the entire universe.

On this day, I will remember who I am, what I am here for and why I chose the experiences that have come into my path this past year.

Today, I promise to leave the smallness of my darkest thoughts and melt with open arms into the never-ending, all-powerful love of my highest self.

Today, I surrender into the open arms of 2011, allowing each day of the upcoming year to surprise, comfort and nourish my soul's deepest desires.

I vow to return to the spark of the divine and use my power to light up the world.

This year, I will give to others what I want back for myself.

If I want love, I will find ways to love each and every person I come across.

If I want peace, I will think peaceful thoughts, say peaceful words and pray for peace for all those who are living in chaos, including myself.

If I want success, I will work diligently to help those around me succeed. I will stay focused, do my absolute best and seek excellence in everything I do.

If I want respect, I will begin by respecting life and all that comes with it. I will respect those around me and those who work hard to make this planet a better place. I will respect the earth, my body, my past and the gifts that I hold and I will surrender judgment for reverence.

In 2011, I trust that what I give to the world will be given back to me.

The Ritual

·                         Make a list of 10 experiences that blessed and nourished you in 2010.

·                         To complete 2010, write out why you chose the challenging experiences of the last year. Do  this from the highest perspective so that you can find their gifts.

·                         Notice if you're carrying any dark, small or limiting thoughts into 2011. Write them all down. Affirm you don't need them anymore. They're not the truth. They're just thoughts. Then rip them up into 100 shredded little specks of nothing and throw them in the trash.

·                         Choose one quality (e.g., love, peace, success, respect, etc.) that you most want to express and commit to in 2011. Write out 5 ways that you can give and share this quality with others.

·                         Write down 5 goals that you feel inspired to commit to in 2011.

·                         Read this vow or use one of your own each morning to reconnect with the power you hold to light up the world.

I am wishing you a healthy, happy, inspired new year. May you give yourself all that you desire and all that you deserve.

The Art of Conscious Creation – by Jackie Lapin

  1. Surrender and Detach—Let go of control and allow the Universe to do it's work. Create and visualize the end goal, then release it to the Universe and detach. Allow things to unfold.
  2. Look for Little Miracles—By noticing and delighting in little miracles along the path of your ultimate goal or life improvement, it reminds you that the Universe is indeed working on your behalf. Look for little signs, small steps and synchronicities. It's reinforcement for your trust.
  3. Watch as Your Needs are Being Fulfilled—As your goals are achieved, you will gain confidence in the process of trusting the Universe. This will lead to greater trust. You may even want to keep a journal of all that manifests. When you look back, you'll be surprised how many dreams will come true over the course of a year!
  4. Remember it's All in Divine Timing—If you get frustrated by the slowness at which your desires are fulfilled, you resonate distrust. So back up and remember that it is not your timing at work here; it's divine timing. The Universe knows better when to grant your wish than you do.
  5. Letting Go of Resistance--Don't push, don't react, don't force. Let it be. If you keep resisting or pushing back, you are not allowing the Universe to give you its grace easily and effortlessly. You are constricting the flow. It's another sign of mistrust. So just remind yourself to go with the flow.
  6. Tune into Your Higher Self—It's your ego that wants it now and is convinced your desire can't materialize without your manipulation and control. Turn it over to your higher self, your "heart self," and let it open the channel of trust with the Universe.
  7. Trust God May Have a Better Answer Than You Do—Trust the Universe to come up with the right solution. If you try to push through or mandate to the Universe the solution you see, you may be limiting yourself. If you postulate in your head how things should happen, you are narrowing the Universe's possibilities.
  8. Give Up Your Problems/Turning It Over—If you have a specific challenge that is confronting you, ask the Universe to take it from your shoulders and resolve it. Trust that it is then being handled and wait for answers.
  9. Believe in the Best—Believe in the best of people, circumstances and solutions. If you fret about all the ways things could go wrong, you again demonstrate your mistrust in the Universe. Assume that all will be well and when you turn it over, an elegant solution will turn up or that people will do their best.

Listen Deeply and Follow Guidance—The Universe's answer to a challenge or the achievement of your goal may not be some external resolution. It may be guidance you are given, things you are directed to do or signs that you need to follow. Once you turn it over to the Universe with trust, listen deeply for the wisdom you are offered and follow the guidance.

The greatest goal you can set for this year is to make peace with your life, no matter what your circumstances. These ten powerful insights from Eckhart Tolle will get you started.

1.  Don't seek happiness.  If you seek it you won't find it, because seeking is the antithesis of happiness. Happiness is ever elusive, but freedom from unhappiness is attainable now, by facing what is rather than making up stories about it.

2. The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.  Be aware of the thought you are thinking. Separate them from the situation, which is always neutral, which is always is as it is. There is the situation or the fact, and here are my thoughts about it. Instead of making up stories, stay with the facts. For example, "I am ruined" is a story. It limits you and prevents you from taking effective action. "I have 50 cents left in my bank account" is a fact. Facing facts is always empowering.

3.  See if you can catch the voice in your head, perhaps in the very moment it complains about something, and recognize it for what it is: the voice of the ego, no more than a thought. Whenever you notice that voice, you will also realize that you are not the voice, but the one who is aware of it. In fact, you are the awareness that is aware of the voice. In the background, there is the awareness. In the foreground, there is the voice, the thinker. In this way you are becoming free of the ego, free of the unobserved mind.

4.  Wherever you look, there is plenty of circumstantial evidence for the reality of time - a rotting apple, your face in the bathroom mirror compared with your face in a photo taken 30 years ago - yet you never find any direct evidence, you never experience time itself. You only ever experience the present moment.

5.  Why do anxiety, stress, or negativity arise? Because you turned away from the present moment. Any why did you do that? You thought something else was more important. One small error, one misperception, creates a world of suffering.

6.  People believe themselves to be dependent on what happens for their happiness. They don't realize that what happens is the most unstable thing in the universe. It changes constantly. They look upon the present moment as either marred by something that has happened and shouldn't have or as deficient because of something that has not happened but should have. And so they miss the deeper perfection that is inherent in life itself, a perfection that lies beyond what is happening. Accept the present moment and find the perfection that is untouched by time.

7.  The more shared past there is in a relationship, the more present you need to be; otherwise, you will be forced to relieve the past again and again.

8.  Equating the physical body with "I," the body that is destined to grow old, wither, and die, always leads to suffering. To refrain from identifying with the body doesn't mean that you no longer care for it. If it is strong, beautiful, or vigorous, you can appreciate those attributes - while they last. You can also improve the body's condition through nutrition and exercise. If you don't equate the body with who you are, when beauty fades, vigor diminishes, or the body becomes incapacitated, this will not affect your sense of worth or identity in any way. In fact, as the body begins to weaken, the light of consciousness can shine more easily.

9.  You do not become good by trying to be good, but by finding the goodness that is already within you and allowing that goodness to emerge.

10.  If peace is really what you want, then you will choose peace.

I AM AMAZING ….. !!!

I am ready, willing and able to reveal the good of God!

"All things possible" consciousness is the driving force of my life!

Everyday I discover something new, true and wonderful about me!

The high vibration of health and wholeness charges my body temple!

Gratefully I let go and let God be God as me!

And so it is! Amen!

 Memo From Higher Self:

You are in charge of birthing all you desire through your beliefs, through your engagements of energy, action, and thought!

As each of these move into your heart space you start to see them become externalized as your life. You are the only one that creates stages and outcomes of situations that benefit your own Soul growth.  You, my dear self, have the ability in all abstract events in your life to pull in divine intervention, to rearrange what doesn't feel good, to rewrite the ending to any story. The buck stops with you.  You have the gift of coming full swing into Goodness if you choose.

All things, believe it or not, are at your beck and call and creation.

Developing an attitude of gratitude allows you to:

Make peace with yourself.

Shift your attention to the positive.

Be open to opportunities.

To welcome new things in our lives we must first make peace with where we are. What we resist will persist. Creating true change starts with acceptance. Gratitude is the gateway to this acceptance. Gratitude shifts our attention to living in the moment. We move out of wishful thinking and assume responsibility for where we are. If we can express gratitude no matter what is happening in our lives we soften and become more open to expressing love, joy, peace, forgiveness and all goodness.
When our attention is on gratitude we start feeling more positive and energized. This is because when we acknowledge the good in our lives we start to see and experience more good. What we give our attention to is what we our giving power and life to. In this sense, gratitude shifts our focus from the negative to the positive. Maintaining positive thinking becomes easier when our attention is on what is working in our lives.

When our attention is focused on what is good in our life, we are able to see more possibilities. Gratitude opens us up and makes us more available. We can see opportunities and solutions to our problems more clearly. Gratitude lifts us up and removes the blinders so we can see the good that is always around us.

Creating lasting happiness starts with cultivating gratitude. Because the magic of gratitude is... The more we are grateful, the more we have to be grateful for!

Gratitude is the main thing that we should all be aware
of because that is your power cord to the universe,
so don't forget to plug it in.
