Like most people on earth right now, the last few weeks threw me in a state of confusion and chaos – in a deep abyss. Where do I belong? Where is my path taking me? I have the greatest desire to live in TRUTH, speak the TRUTH and BE in truth and to be of service, yet my experiences of late have forced me to look deep within and to discern how I am creating my life. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, so it is the Universes loving scheme to test us from time to time so we can heal deeper, become more LIGHT and contemplate our next steps…… the snake continues to shed its many skins J
We cannot create a life of love, joy and peace without looking at the deep dark shadow place. How you create your reality is not some miracle. It is really quite simple, simple physics actually. The nature of your beingness is that you are composed of electromagnetic energy. All that you are whirls and twirls at a certain frequency. When you are in a place of joy, when you are in a place of laughter, when you are in a place of focusing without any negative judgment on what you are doing in your day-to-day existence, the vibration of your frequency allows desires to flow to you. You become like a grand tuning fork that sings with positive energy. Remember you only have now. The place of transformation is now. The place of change is now. All that you are wanting or needing, whatever it is that you desire is waiting for you. Speak to it! Cultivate the thoughts, ideas, and words that bring it to you.
So as we prepare for the end of this year – the end of a cycle – be good to yourself. Live simply. Nurture yourself. Laugh – Love – and Play and together we will all welcome in a New Golden Age. I look forward to sharing this momentous event with all of you !!!!

We Are Beings of Light
Beyond the Physical
It is through our connection to our light that we know things beyond what the visible world can tell us.
We are all beings of light. Put another way, we are spiritual beings having a human experience. As children, most of us know this, but other human beings who have forgotten what they really are and who cannot help us to know ourselves train us to forget. As a result, we are led to believe that magic is not real, that our invisible playmates do not really exist, and that we are limited beings with only one earthly life to live. There is enormous pressure to conform to this concept of ourselves and so we lose touch with our full potential, forgetting that we are beings of light.
At this time, many of us are reawakening to the truth of who we are, because we are living amidst such large-scale changes in the world. We need to access this light in order to not only survive but thrive as we shift into a new order of consciousness. As the changes around us proceed in rapid progression, we will want to be able to trust our own ability to sense what is happening and how we can best respond. We are no longer living in a predictable world in which we can trust external authority figures and prior ideas about reality to guide us. We need to be able to access the information that will help us navigate these uncertain waters, and the ultimate authority resides in our awareness of ourselves as beings of light.
It is through our connection to this light that we know things beyond what the visible world can tell us, and we see things beyond what the physical world reveals. In order to access this wisdom, we can simply allow ourselves to remember that we are not limited, as we have been taught. In fact, we are filled with divine grace and power that is ours for the asking. A daily practice of tuning into this vast potential, conversing with it, and offering ourselves up to it opens the door through which we can reclaim our true identity, taking ownership of the calling that the time has come to create bliss on earth.
Two of the most powerful words in the English language for bringing about change are "thank you." Especially when offered before the change even occurs and everything still looks pretty much like it did yesterday.
When we laugh, we give ourselves over to the immediacy of the present moment and transcend stress.
Many people might be surprised to think of laughter as a form of meditation. Yet not only is laughing meditation one of the simplest forms of meditation, but also it is a very powerful one. The physical act of laughing is one of the few actions involving the body, emotions, and the soul. When we laugh, we give ourselves over to the immediacy of the present moment. We also are able to momentarily transcend minor physical and mental stresses. Practiced in the morning, laughing meditation can lend a joyful quality to the entire day. Practiced in the evening, laughing meditation is a potent relaxant that has been known to inspire pleasant dreams. Laughter also can help open our eyes to previously unnoticed absurdities that can make life seem less serious.
There are three stages to mindful laughter. Each stage can last anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. The first stage involves stretching your body like a cat and breathing deeply. Your stretch should start at the hands and feet before you move through the rest of your body. Stretch out the muscles in your face by yawning and making silly faces. The second stage of the meditation is pure laughter. Imagine a humorous situation, remember funny jokes, or think about how odd it is to be laughing by yourself. When the giggles start to rise, let them. Let the laughter ripple through your belly and down into the soles of your feet. Let the laughter lead to physical movement. Roll on the floor, if you have to, and keep on laughing until you stop. The final stage of the meditation is one of silence. Sit with your eyes closed and focus on your breath.
Laughter brings with it a host of positive effects that operate on both the physical and mental levels. It is also fun, expressive, and a way to release tension. Learn to laugh in the present moment, and you’ll find that joy is always there.

In my mind's eye I see myself laughing. I feel my whole body relaxing into the laughter. I imagine tension and stress are leaving me with every chuckle. I imagine myself laughing alone and also with my friends and co-workers. I imagine that I look into a mirror and immediately see the healing that laughter has brought to me.
I combine these images with the feelings of joy my laughter brings me and let them go, knowing that they will create the good things I am visualizing and thinking.
Approach life with a buoyant attitude, light heart and unencumbered mind. Let joy lift your spirit and fill each moment.
There is a presence that abides deep within each of us connecting us to all that we are and all that is. Joy is an essential manifestation of this presence and is always available. Joy is the radiance of the heart and the result of realizing the Truth.
Joy springs naturally from a deep sense of belonging, whereas suffering comes from the longing to be. In these stressful times, our beingness can feel elusive and beyond our reach. Weighted down by guilt, shame, or a negative outlook, we hesitate to allow ourselves to experience joy.
An unencumbered mind is not caught in the loop of pleasure seeking and pain blocking, it is free of rationalizations and preconceptions of what should happen. We are no longer distracted by the 'what ifs', but are open to the experience of what is. Joy is not a state or condition, it is a source and we are the sorcerers.
Settle and feel at home in yourself, own your desires and feel curious about life. Let go of striving and time as a measure of movement. Reality is a continuous emanation of the soul's unfolding experience grounded in joy.
