Spring is once again the air !!!!!    It has been quite a roller coaster ride for most people in the last few months, but rest assured, the energies are changing and smooth sailing is ahead J   March is a wonderful month to prepare yourselves by cleaning and clearing OUT the old……..all the old beliefs, patterns, negative thinking – anything that keeps you STUCK in a way of BE-ing.  It is time to shine your light and BE the magnificent person you came here to be – so why not start now?   Every baby step that you take is a promise and commitment to the Universe that you are READY for a change, you are ready to live your heart-filled desires.  So what baby steps will you take this month? 


I trust that the words on these pages plant beautiful seeds within you and that you all grow into the beautiful shining stars that YOU ARE.     May you always be your authentic self, trusting in magic, following your heart, dreaming BIG, and having fun.  Remember, there are no mistakes in life, only lessons.  Each day is a brand new day for you to CREATE exactly what you want.

Every moment of every day we have a choice to think positive thoughts that make us feel good or negative thoughts that make us feel bad. Positive thoughts strengthen us while negative thoughts weaken us. There's even scientific evidence that shows that you are physically stronger while thinking positive thoughts versus negative thoughts. We also know that positive thoughts enhance health, happiness and longevity. When we start paying attention to how we feel in response to our thoughts we'll notice that our emotions are signals that alert us to how we are thinking. Good thoughts lead to good feelings and negative thoughts lead to bad feelings.

The key is to start paying attention to your feelings and thoughts and when you are feeling bad, switch to a thought that feels good. And if you are unsure of as to what positive thoughts you should be thinking, all you have to remember is gratitude and appreciation. Being grateful and appreciative will always make you feel pepped. You may not like your job but you can be thankful you have one. You may have to drive in traffic but thank God you can see while others can't.  And while your life may not be where you want it to be you can choose to believe that the future is bright and great things are happening every day. Your thoughts and perception will determine your reality.  Try the following action steps this week to be pepped instead of pooped.

Action Steps

1. Take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. On the left side make a list of your common negative thoughts.

2. Now, change your perception and replace your negative thought with a positive thought. Write these down on the right side of the paper.

3. This week pay attention to your thoughts and feelings and choose the thoughts that make you feel pepped instead of pooped.

CLEARING - Going Slow to Go Fast
What most people do not recognize is that the simple act of clearing one little thing with intention, every day, is more powerful and sustainable than binge-clearing a whole lot of things on the fly. By consistently clearing something small like a purse, a wallet, or even one paper clip off your chronically messy desk, you can bypass your brain’s fight-or-flight wiring system to such a degree as to create a sea change and a ripple effect of global proportions!

Adopting a simple daily practice of putting away one thing, for example, or rounding up a small area for sixty seconds, every day, is not only soothing to the nervous system and can feel really good over time, but it’s one of the best ways I know to move energy that feels stuck in your home, head, and heart.











Nine Agreements for Co-Creating through the
Higher Laws of Love and Gratitude:

   1.  I agree that a world of Love and Gratitude begins
with me.  I choose to be a conscious mirror and model
of the change I wish to see in the world.

   2. I agree to consciously set an intention for
manifesting something miraculous in my life -- every
day and in every way.

   3. I agree to tap into Gratitude on a daily basis and
as much as possible in every waking moment.  I know
that the rewards of doing so flow through and extend
beyond me, strengthening the collective field of
Gratitude from which we may all derive benefit.

   4. I agree to be a consistently uplifting inspiration
in all my interactions.  I commit to see and mirror
back the greatness of each soul who crosses my path.

5. I agree to honor each individual's right to choose
their own belief system and life path.

   6. I agree to be open to both give and receive within
my local and global community. In all my dealings,
I seek win-win, mutually edifying interactions and transactions.

   7. I agree to be my word in my exchanges with others.
I realize that my personal influence is magnified to
the degree I am able to keep my word with myself
and others.  If something comes up and I decide to
change what I had agreed upon, then I agree to make
that communication as soon as possible to the
affected party.

   8. I agree to love and enjoy my life as much as possible!

   9. And, last but certainly not least, I agree to be
Grateful for ME!

Joy is the elixir for all things.  Bring more joy into your tasks.  When you radiate a vibration of joy, however mild, there is a shift in response within your body that is reflected in the response of your reality.

It can be an easy as a smile on your face as you do one of your many tasks.  This will create a different message to your body and you will shift the usual stress responses to your work and busyness into a more conscious relaxed state of mind/heart.


Become aware of the stages or subtle frequencies of the emotional vibration you label joy. There is ecstasy, rapture, bliss, jubilation, delight, happiness, cheer, gladness, and pleasure. Practice the different frequencies of joy.

Be delighted. Celebrate the small wonders all around you. Rejoice with your breath. Smile for no reason, just smile into the moment. Allow new face muscles to be discovered as you smile into your concerns and worries.

Find cause to laugh, giggle, or radiate cheerfulness, practice being light-hearted, carefree, and elated about the miracles in your life or the miracles of the moment. Be happy, be bright, rejoice and enjoy. Be in Joy.

The skill of maintaining an attitude and frequency of joy is a most important skill. Imagine that you have a joy muscle and you have not exercised it enough.  You need to stretch it, expand it and fully express it.  Allow joy in any form to proceed you.

Smile as you answer the phone, make a meal, and pay your bills.  Smile into the mirror each time you look at your image, smile at your reflection.  Smile as you are falling asleep at night. Practice smiling even while you are thinking.

Place your awareness in your heart when you smile. This is a powerful alchemical practice. The simple act of smiling from your heart will attract more joy, bliss, and happiness into your life.

The physical tasks will flow easier, your body will respond by being relaxed with less stress. The worries will evaporate; the tasks will be completed with ease and grace.  Joy will clear the way for incredible miracles and expansion.  This is a wonderful skill to practice and use that will enhance everything in your life.

The energy field that radiates from joy will transform any experience, activity, outcome or results. Your joy will be like a healing balm to yourself and others in your life.  Practice your joy in all is wondrous forms.

Peace.  Do you feel it?  With the many stresses you have in your days, do you often forget how relaxing peacefulness can feel like?  Bring to mind those moments when you have felt utter peace and relaxation.  Notice the sights, smells, and sounds of these memories.  Bring them to mind throughout your day.  Notice the stillness when you do this.  Use your imagination to bring the sense of peace into your life daily.  When you do this,

your life flows better.

Be the peace.  Teach only love.  Bless your hearts.






Whoa!  100%!  What a commitment!  Think of what it would be like if we all -- every single one of us -- showed up 100%. 
The world would be transformed in an instant!  To show up 100% requires living right now in the moment -- not in the past, not in the future.  No regrets about what has or has not been.  No expectations or fears of what might or might not be.  Living right now!  Every act IS an act of transformation.  When we affirm this is so, we keep in the flow of life.

Consider if there is something from the past that holds your attention or keeps you from TOTALLY claiming your power. 
Perhaps an old pattern of behavior?  An unresolved relationship?  A disappointment?  A series of disappointments?  You cannot show up 100% if you give your attention to those old things.




Quantum Physics "Reality"


"Reality" is what we take to be true.
What we take to be true is what we believe.
What we believe is based upon our perceptions.
What we perceive depends on what we look for.
What we look for depends upon what we think.
What we think depends upon what we perceive.
What we perceive determines what we believe.
What we believe determines what we take to be true
What we take to be true is our reality.
So . . . We create our own reality.





Life is a process of unfoldment.  It is a journey from wherever you were to where you are now, and further, it is a journey from where you are to where you want to be.  This creative process of life is what we call "change." Change is just the natural Law of Mind in Action, and therefore we can with our mind, or our thoughts, guide that change.








The Universe offers us one guarantee: whatever we focus on will expand. Expansion is the design of the Universe.


Expect the best, believe the best, think the best.
Start right now by saying:
"I am receiving an expansion of more prosperity, happiness, good health and

joy in my life NOW."
Thoughts expand. Be intentional and conscious with what is moving through your mind.
