"EVERYONE without exception is very, very special with extraordinary qualities and extraordinary powers. You just may not know it yet. The secret is to be, love and cherish yourself; it is to be your true essence. You are love and light, infinite wisdom and unlimited possibilities. Whatever you ask, you shall receive. You can have, be and do anything you want. You just need to choose what makes you happy in your heart. It is very simple. Remember, you are loved beyond measure for who you are and you are beautiful."

NEWSLETTER #161 - SEPTEMBER 2018

For everything, there is a season.  A time to run, and time to rest; a time to laugh and time to cry; a time to hold on and time to let go.   September is a time to harvest all that we have cultivated all year and as we approach the new season of Autumn, let’s enjoy the beautiful changes of nature as the leaves on the trees turn beautiful shades of red, orange, yellow.  At the same time, let’s enjoy the changes within us as we let go of the old energies of outmoded beliefs about ourselves and the limitations we set and let’s continue to create the new energies of peace, love, joy, and abundance that we so rightfully deserve.

I trust that the words on these pages plant beautiful seeds within you and that you all grow into the beautiful shining stars that YOU ARE.

May you bring into each new day lots of playfulness and laughter, love and peace, kindness and gentleness, new adventures and new beginnings.   Each day is a brand new day for you to CREATE exactly what you want.  May the angels always guide you and light your path.

For man, autumn is a time of harvest, of gathering together.  For nature, it is a time of sowing, of  scattering abroad.

The Angel of September - helps us prepare for the harvest at hand. As the summer draws to a close, September's angel reminds us to pause and gather fresh strength because the culmination of a project often demands one last surge of energy. The September angel brings us this boost, seeing us through to the fulfillment of our task. This late-summer angel also helps us recognize the fruits of our labors and share with others the bounty of what we have created in our lives. In September, we take delight in our good fortune, whether in a garden, a relationship, or a career, and we share our joy with all those whose support has made our harvest possible.

SEPTEMBER 21ST – FALL EQUINOX

As the long summer days (northern hemisphere) are transformed into the shorter days of Fall and Winter, Nature slows down, shedding and releasing.  It is the time of the harvest, when we reap what was sown and planted in Spring, a harvesting of resources in preparation for the next season, and, with gratitude, a letting go of that which is no longer needed.

The equinox is also considered a time for reflection, considering what we have harvested in our lives and just how receptive we are to welcoming change.  Nature serves as a constant reminder that change is the way that more Life is expressed-a tree must release its leaves in order for the next cycle to begin-a yielding must occur for the new to emerge. Sometimes change appears as loss, breakdown of existing structures or illness and we become fearful or erroneously presume that something is wrong, not turning out the way we planned it. Shifting our perception of change from one of fear or loss of control to an avenue for expansion and transformation creates the space for Spirit to bring forth the greatest good imaginable.

Can you imagine how it could be if you always trusted Life? What if you happily released that which no longer served the highest vision of your life at the first moments notice shedding the outworn and the outgrown? As we are reminded that all things have their season, consider embracing change as a way of life, as an activity of your consciousness, a constant invitation to keep yourself open to the infinite, endless possibilities that beckon to you.

After all, Change is God's middle name –

Autumn Equinox Blessing

Bless this new season to bring in balance into our lives and hearts. Bless this new season to bestow upon us the bounty in our lives and hearts. Bless this new season for all to share in its beauty and understand its energy as it unfolds. Bless this Autumn Equinox to enrich our lives for the highest good of all concerned. Blessings.

NOW THAT FALL IS HERE, why not do an autumn version of Spring Cleaning? Get rid of any emotional baggage you're dragging around with you. Accept that there are darker aspects to life, and embrace them, but don't let them rule you. Understand that a healthy life finds balance in all things.

Meditate on the things you wish to change. Focus on eliminating the bad, and strengthening the good around you. Put toxic relationships into the past, where they belong, and welcome new positive relationships into your life. Let your baggage go, and take heart in knowing that for every dark night of the soul, there will be a sunrise the next morning.

Shifting with Nature’s Energy -  Change of Season   www.dailyom.com

In today’s world, office jobs and supermarkets have made it possible to work and provide for ourselves and our families regardless of nature’s cycles. While most of us no longer depend directly on nature’s seasons for our livelihood, our bodies’ clocks still know deep down that a change of season means a change in us too. If we don’t acknowledge this, we may feel out of sync, as though we have lost our natural rhythm. These days, autumn is more likely to bring thoughts of going back to school than harvesting, but in both cases, the chill in the air tells us it’s time to move inside and prepare for the future.

We can consciously celebrate the change of season and shift our own energy by setting some time aside to make the same changes we see in nature. We can change colors like the falling leaves and wilting blooms by putting away our bright summer colors and filling our wardrobes and living areas with warm golds, reds, and browns.

While plants concentrate their energy deep in their roots and seeds, we can retreat to quieter, indoor pursuits, nurturing the seeds of new endeavors, which need quiet concentration to grow. We can stoke our inner fires with our favorite coffee, tea, cider, or cocoa while savoring the rich, hot comfort foods that the season brings in an array of fall colors: potatoes, apple pies, pumpkin, squash, and corn. As animals begin growing their winter coats and preparing their dens for hibernation, we can dust off our favorite sweaters and jackets and bring blankets out of storage, creating coziness with throw rugs and heavier drapes. We can also light candles or fireplaces to bring a remnant of summer’s fiery glow indoors. By making a conscious celebration of the change, we usher in the new season in a way that allows us to go with the flow, not fight against it. We sync ourselves up with the rhythm of nature and the universe and let it carry us forward, nurturing us as we prepare for our future.

Bless Everyone and Everything - That Represents What

You Want to Create!

To bless something or someone means to give recognition or emphasis to a positive quality, characteristic or condition, with the intention that what you recognize or emphasize will increase, continue or come into being.  As you know, blessing may be done with imagery or touch.  Perhaps the most common and easy way to do it is with words.

ADMIRATION ~ this is the offering of compliments or praise to something good that you notice, like, "What a beautiful sunset; I like that dress; you're so much fun."

AFFIRMATION ~ this is a specific statement of blessing for increase or endurance, like, "I bless the beauty of this tree; blessed be the health of your body; I am grateful to share small acts of kindness today."

APPRECIATION ~ this is an expression of gratitude that something good exists or has happened, like, "Thank you, Great Spirit for hearing me; give thanks to the rain for nourishing the land."

ANTICIPATION ~ this is blessing for the future, like, "We're going to have a great picnic; I bless your increased crop and income; Thank you for introducing my perfect mate; I wish you a happy journey; May the wind be always at your back." In order to gain the most benefit from blessing, you will have to give up or cut way down on the thing that negates it: CURSING. This doesn’t mean swearing or saying bad words. It refers to the opposite of blessing, namely criticizing instead of admiring; doubting instead of affirming; blaming instead of appreciating and worrying instead of anticipating with trust." Whenever any of these negative things are done they cancel out some of the effects of your blessing. So the more you curse the harder it will be and the longer it will take to get the good from blessing. On the other hand, the more you bless the less harm any cursing will do.

Examples for blessing various common needs, desires or choices:

HEALTH ~ Bless healthy people, animals and even plants; everything that is well constructed; everything that expresses abundant energy.

HAPPINESS ~ Bless all that is good, or the good in all people and all things; all the signs of happiness that you see, hear or feel in people or animals.

PROSPERITY ~ Bless all the signs of prosperity in your environment, including everything that money helped to make or do; all the money you have in any form; all the money that circulates in the world.

SUCCESS ~ Bless all signs of achievement and completion (such as buildings, bridges and events); all arrivals at destinations (of ships, planes, trains, cars and people); all signs of forward movement or persistence; all signs of enjoyment and fun. Bless all successful departures and changes. Bless all aspects of your success!

CONFIDENCE ~ Bless all signs of healthy confidence in people and animals; all signs of strength in people, animals, and objects (including steel, stone or concrete); all signs of stability (like mountains and tall trees); all signs of purposeful power, including power lines, big machines and rivers.

LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP ~ Bless all signs of caring and nurturing, compassion and support; all harmonious relationships in nature and architecture; all signs of cooperation, as in work, games or brainstorming; all signs of laughter, fun and play.

INNER PEACE ~ Bless all signs of quietness, calmness, tranquility and serenity (like quiet water or still air); all distant views (horizons, stars, sun and moon); all signs of beauty in sight, sound or touch

SPIRITUAL GROWTH ~ Bless all signs of growth, development and change in nature; the transitions of dawn and twilight; the movement of sun, moon, planets and stars; the flight of birds in the sky; and the movement of wind, trees and the ocean.

"When I was a young man, I wanted to change the world.  I found it was difficult to change the world, so I tried to change my nation.  When I found I couldn't change the nation, I began to focus on my town.  I couldn't change the town and as an older man, I tried to change my family.  Now, as an old man, I realize the only thing I can change is myself, and suddenly I realize that if long ago I had changed myself, I could have made an impact on my family.  My family and I could have made an impact on our town.  Their impact could have changed the nation and I could indeed have changed the world."   -- Author Unknown
